Help young women discover and explore their interests in STEM
Encourage young women to pursue STEM now and in the future

CURRENT PROGRAMS OFFERED:

STEM Career Path Exploration

(grades 5+)

Based on a curriculum created by the Tutoring Team
Lessons will be based on the current unit, which aligns with Fem N STEM’s current magazine theme
- Generally, this is how the sessions will go:
  - Lesson 1: What is *insert field*?
  - Lesson 2: Female Figures in *insert field* throughout history
  - Lesson 3: Jobs in *insert field*
  - Guided project related to the unit
Sessions will be approx. once a week, based on the student’s availability

Academic Help for Math/Science

(grades k-8)

Based on the student’s needs:
- Sessions will be 30 minutes to an hour
- Sessions will range from 0-2 times a week
- A session can include homework help, topic review, etc.
